Exhaust Gas Cleaning Spray Tower
Acid mist spray tower, also known as wet scrubber, acid mist purification tower, acid gas scrubber tower, acid mist absorption tower, or exhaust gas purification tower, can remove harmful gases in exhaust gas.
This serie spray tower is made of PP (polypropylene) panel which has great performance in anti-corrosion and acid & alkali resistance, combined with water tank, draught fan and pump to a high efficient waste gas cleaning and purification system.

How It Works
The principle uses the suction of the exhaust fan to convey the continuous exhaust gas to the spray tower, so that the exhaust gas is transported into the spray tower. The gas passes through the spray washing process of the neutralization liquid in the spray tower, and the exhaust gas containing components such as hydrogen fluoride, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen chloride, chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen oxides, various acid mists, etc., fully contact and mix with the neutralizing liquid water mist and fully neutralize.
The sprayed water mist then forms a treatment layer with a larger porous contact surface in the packing layer (hollow sphere) in the scrubber to further process the exhaust gas. After passing through the packing layer, the water mist is returned to the water tank at the bottom of the washing tower for recycling. The exhaust gas passes through the packing layer from bottom to top and is circulated and absorbed, and then evenly sprayed into the packing layer by the liquid distributor at the top of the tower, flows down along the surface of the packing layer, and enters the circulating water tank. During the process, the concentration of fluid in the updraft is getting lower and lower, reaching the emission standards at the top of the tower.
